  • You can exchange or return products that have not been used up to 14 days after purchase.
  • These items must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.
  • For changes and returns, the cost of shipping to PADELATOR is assumed by the consumer.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or late delivery, we will refund the shipping cost.

To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money, you have up to 14 days to return the product. Send us an email to info@padelator.es to be able to make your return. The full value of the returned products will be credited to the card used in the original transaction. Once the return has been confirmed and the products have been received, the disbursement will be made in a period of 3 to 4 business days. The return of any product that has been manipulated or used by the customer will not be accepted.


Shipments are made to Spain for the entire peninsula with a delivery time of between 2 and 5 days. All our shipments are made with transport companies of national origin and of reputable prestige. Most of these transport companies offer the option to track the shipment on their website, only with the reference number of the shipment you can obtain information about the status of your shipments. We have 2 shipping options to the peninsula:
  • Shipping 24h/48h: €8
  • Shipping 3 to 5 days: €4
All orders whose amount exceeds €49 will have Free shipping.
International shipments are segmented into 11 shipping zones. You will be able to find out the estimated price in the shipping simulator prior to the final payment of your order. Deliveries can take more than 72 hours depending on the area.


For changes, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the product to send it to PADELATOR.

Legal guarantee and right of withdrawal

We inform you that you are assisted by a legal guarantee in accordance with current regulations. In addition, you can exercise your withdrawal rights within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery, by sending an email to info@padelator.es This will not be applicable to products that have been transformed or to unsealed products that for reasons of hygiene or health cannot be returned. In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the initial shipping address (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive form of ordinary delivery that we offer). You will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. Your comments and suggestions will be welcomed. Please send us such comments and suggestions, as well as any questions, complaints or claims, through our contact channels or the postal or email addresses indicated below. Your complaints and claims to our customer service will be dealt with as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legally established period. If you as a consumer consider that your rights have been violated, you can send us your complaints through the email address info@ padelator.es in order to request an out-of-court dispute resolution

Conflict Resolution

For conflicts of interpretation and execution arising from the use of the Web, current Spanish legislation and the Courts and Tribunals of Spain will apply, provided that the current regulations for this purpose provide for the possibility that the parties may submit to a specific jurisdiction.
